Product Good, shipping and handling should be improved
I got delivered dented product but the idly cooker is good (even with the dent)

Deceptive pictures
The pictures show three plates, but actually we get two. That means instead of 16 idlis at one go, we get to make 9. Nothing mentioned in the description either.I should have heeded the other reviews mentioning this, thought those were honest mistakes on the part of the seller. Obviously, I was wrong.Still, I am keeping it, as I don't want to go through the hassle of packing it, -- doesn't come in its own box -- for return. And I can use it, it is cute, even though my old one makes the same number of idlis.To sum up, wouldn't have bought it if the pictures showed the real product.
