Too bad they don't make this anymore.

I like the idea of the product and it is simple to use, however I have to wonder if it is really working to kill bacteria and sanitize my toothbrush head. Or not? You see you open the door, insert the toothbrush head and close the door. A blue indicator light on the outside of the case comes on for a few minutes. I assume the indicator light is to tell that it is working inside, but there is no way to actually tell if the UV light comes on or not. I had already extended my faith indeed there is actually UV light in there. Guess we have to have faith that this unit isn't just a twenty dollar blue indicator light!

It holds a charge for weeks.

This worked for about three weeks, and then stopped working altogether. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and would not replace the item. For about ten solid minutes, they told me no such product model existed. I just kept reading it to them over and over again until the guy finally said, oh yeah, I found it. He was clearly trying to get rid of me from the start. I very much regret having purchased it.

Obviously I can’t see if it’s actually killing the germs, but I assume it is and it doesn’t take long. My husband and I use the same one, because the end of the toothbrush is closed in the device while the device is on. It only takes a few minutes and you can clean both toothbrushes on a charge. After I had Covid and was told that I could be re-infecting myself and that I needed to either replace or boil my toothbrush, I decided that I needed an alternative for such occasions if not every day. Wha-la!

supongo que desinfecta el cepillo dental con el mecanismo que dice ser…lo malo está en que estos productos “recargables” tienen batería interna que duran muy poco tiempo, haciendo que a los pocos meses, la recarga tenga que ser cada vez más seguida y más seguida… hasta que de repente deje de funcionar sin más remedio que tirar el artefacto a la basura y con ello los $ invertidos….estamos ante una economía de bienes y servicios que atenta cada vez más contra el cliente de cualquier tamaño y condición….

The charge lasts a long time – – a very long time – it is easy to use, and gives me some confidence that I'm using a sanitary brush head when I brush. It is even portable enough to take on a trip. And the price was quite reasonable.
