I always give 4 stars nothing is perfect ok so I an 260 pds this was a Size xlarge it dies the job the key for me is to always order a smaller size holds u in better however I am a tall lady I have some stomach but not the kind that overlaps I say this because I'd u do have overlapping stomach u might need to go up a size or two.i have sinced ordered a sweating agent to pair with this I hope this help purchase u won't be disappointed

I tried this product for about a week. Yes It fit well. I didn't have to squeeze into so much. Now I do feel the heat it generates when I'm moving around the house of doing my exercises. I sweat a little bit but not ass much as I do wearing the plastic wrap. I expected to be dripping with sweat. It mostly made me hot.

The quality of the product is great, and it was gentle on the skin. However, after about 10 days, it became loose and unwearable. I would suggest making it adjustable or adding a button, so it doesn’t lose grip over time due to the elastic. That way, it will remain comfortable and secure for longer use.

Knocked off a star cuz it smelled like fish .. I’m 5’5 142 pounds and I got the small.. it fits nice and tight and smooth under my sports bra to inside my pants .. it lays flat with no bunching or scrunching up.. it covers the whole area from under my boobs to the bottom of my torso.. it lays absolutely smooth .. it DOES make u sweat .. I did 62 minutes on the treadmill doing internal runs .. when I got home an peeled it off the inside was literally dripping in sweat . Cleaned it and turned it inside out to dry so I can wear it tomorrow.. easy to pull on and pull off . I lik it
