Worthless.
I purchased this item but didn’t use it until after the return window had closed. When I did finally take it out of the box, I tried the cold lamination first, which didn’t work. Then I tried the hot lamination and the paper got stuck inside the machine and never came out.

Excellent product & after-sales service
I bought this vacuum almost a year ago, I like that its suction is powerful, it's lightweight & cordless. But recently I lost the filter (accidentally throw when cleaning) so I reached out to the company (Empire Trading) - Ayisha assisted me, and there was no spare filter available to purchase, I was disappointed and ready to give up but Ayisha did not stop looking for alternative solution. Their after-sales service is excellent because they give priority to customer's satisfaction, they were able to provide me a filter directly from the supplier in China and it's all for free. Thanks Empire (Ayisha) for my new filter, I can use my fave vacuum again.
