I just got this today and have only tried it once but it heats up quickly and works great. I have extreme pain in my thumb base and this works exactly where I need it to. I'm not sure about the quality since I just got it but so far, so good!

This thing is magical. Highly highly recommend especially for those with tendinitis, carpal tunnel, etc. 10/10

I need this because I have arthritis really bad and my thumb but it gets really really hot. I’m gonna keep it because I need to heat to get down in my bones, but you can’t even go to hot and medium is unbearable so you have to keep it on low

works wonderfully. love it and recommend it for hand pain. Lightweight, great value, plenty of cord length, and settings are great. Low, med, high, and good time settings.

Would be returning, not too comfortable and too many wires to manage. Also, material isn’t great and we have a dog so will definitely not be keeping this. There are better options out there!

The instructions are unclear and this is not for the right hand---clumsy build---instructions show no diagrams..I did get it on and it does heat up and does work.....would give it five stars if the instrux were better and they were honest about which hand it is for.
