Love the size. Just moved to a small 1 bedroom with limited kitchen storage and this was an excellent choice, and still makes up to 2 cups. Very heavy duty materials so it feels strong and sturdy. Extendable cord which is handy. Like the pull tab to open the lid. Would definitely recommend if you want a great quality product but don't have the storage space.

This kettle is superb.It's well made, construction is strong, it features stainless steel internally and does use exactly 800W.It's in daily use and has been for over a year. I use it for coffee's at least half a dozen times per day. It is also often used to boil water for cooking. The kettle itself sits well on the base, the power switch is sturdy and there have been no issues at all with it.The paint finish shows no signs of fading or chipping, even with hundreds of heating and cooling cycles. Speed of boiling is fine, with it most often being filled for one cup of coffee it takes about 2 minutes... physics. Very easy to use and dependable. The internal construction also works somewhat like a thermos, keeping water hot for over an hour, which, also means the second coffee of the day can be made somewhat faster than the first.Power usage of 800W put it in mind, originally, as something useful to use with our portable solar power station, which has a max output of 800W. Anything over that and the unit will trip off, so the kettle needed to be of that rating. It is, near enough to the exact figure, as measured by the power station and a Kill-A-Watt type meter. As such and because of its reliability, my usual kettle was relegated to a cupboard and hasn't seen the light of day since.This really is the longest lasting kettle I've bought, with the full usage demands placed on it (am formerly from the UK where a kettle is ubiquitous in the kitchen)

This is a great size for just the two of us. It heats quickly and is handy to have on the countertop. Would recommend. If you have hard water, it will get those white dots inside on the bottom after a couple of uses, but I just use a little bit of Barkeeper's Friend to clean it, it comes right off and looks like new. Just rinse well. We really like it.

Love..love..love this little kettle. It’s perfect for one cup and can make 3 cups max. Perfect for tea time with my Mom & daughter. It’s nice looking and small which we like definitely doesn’t take up too much space. I love the black outside & stainless inside. So easy to clean..boils fast especially for one cup quick and the best part so quiet. My daughter can be making tea behind me in the kitchen and I wouldn’t even know it. I haven’t had it for too long but so far so good. I’m hopeful it’s going to last. I would purchase again & a nice little gift for someone. Great value for the price.

Pros-I picked this up as a replacement for a stovetop kettle that we use maybe a few times a month. We have an induction stovetop, so I've been spoiled with how quickly water boils. This now stays out on our coffee bar, and takes up very little space. Honestly, it's so quick that the small capacity isn't even a concern for our use.Cons-Small size isn't a concern for me, but if you're looking to fill 2 or 3 cups of hot water at a time, this isn't for you. No water temp control, again, not a concern for how we're using it. Definitely an issue if you're looking to use this for pour over coffee or for a specific temperature based on tea type. Just some things to consider.Great little product, we'll see how it holds up. No bells and whistles, just does what it needs to do. So far, so good!

Can’t tell you how much I love this item. I am able to get coffee or tea, whether at home or at work (due to its compact build). This is also shown that I can be an alternate if you ever need sitter.

Good products

This lives on my desk at work. I often keep freeze dried meals in my desk cabinet because I frequently forget my lunch at home. Also, I don't care for the price or quality of the cafeteria food. I have also been trying to move away from highly caffinated beverages and more towards tea and the like.This little kettle works extremely well, boiling a half pot of water in only minutes. It automatically turns off when the water is hot and has a safety shut off after the fact as well.Compact, easy to use and sleek looking. Not to mention cost effective!
