These are fantastic! I have had severe plantar fasciitis with achilles tendonitis at the same time on the same foot for 10 months now. Have tried many things prior to these without any success. I have had these two weeks now and am having nearly no pain. I work 12 hour shifts on my feet. These are great!

I used to get theses frm Walmart but now you can’t their comfortable an the copper helps alot

If you are looking for a good arch support Inso, these are very good. I am very happy with them. I purchased those fancy ones you see on commercials called good feet they suck and they’re $800 for a set. It’s ridiculously priced and they’re not that good use these And they work I have five pairs of them copper fit for all of my shoes and I am extremely happy and at less than $50 apiece. It’s well worth it don’t spend your money on good feet. It’s a waste of money. What you paying for is for them to replace it 1 million times for you at no charge it ain’t worth it.

I've tried lots of orthotics, most are OK, some are very heavy, some offer too much squish and no lateral support. The Copper Fit Balance Copper Infused Orthotic Insole as the name implies stresses balance. As someone who has had a knee replacement and subsequent sciatica as my body re-aligned itself, I have found lateral heel support is the key to walking comfort and maintaining my balance and gait. I likely will never have the easy step I enjoyed as an active runner decades ago, but I can once again go for a 3-mile trail walk, or full day of shopping without paying a price. Highly recommended.

I usually like it tight, but not my toes in my dress shoes. It legit squeezed my toes badly during one use. Plus Never buy cuttable insoles, they suck, it's better to get specific sized ones for best design and comfort.
