Seek another option.
Purchased for my Rode NT Mini USB mic. There has to be a better option. when attached to the desktop it seems as if it is ready to tip over at a moment's notice. Spend a few more dollars and purchase a more substantial boom arm.

Does not support the weight of microphone
Very cheap for a reason, good if you don’t have a rode mic. The mic makes the stand go down, there’s only so far you can tighten it before the screws strip and you can no longer tighten. This is a great mic stand if you have a cheap microphone or a lightweight mic. It’s not meant for the mic it advertises.
