I recently redid my living room and one thing about me - I like classic, classy, traditional with a modern twist - but I don't want my house to look like everyone else's. Finding a large clock that wasn't your typical boring wall clock was a challenge. Then I found this guy...this clock is absolutely gorgeous. It's large, easy to read, and keeps an accurate time.This was a little on the more expensive end when I purchased it (about 6 months ago) - I think I paid around $200, but it was worth every penny. The number of compliments people give me on the clock and they are always so surprised to see the gears moving.The gears are powered separately from the time. There are 2cbatteries compartments on the back - one is for the gears and the other is for the clock.I've had to replace the batteries for the gears once since getting the clock (and to be fair I don't think I used new batteries the first time.)This clock is the perfect blend of style, artwork, and we'll being a clock.Functionality is great - the only thing I could say was a "con" is that it is a bit big/heavy so you need to be careful when putting on or taking it off the wall.

Love this beautiful clock in our new home. Appreciate the moving parts that add interest as well as function to our kitchen wall.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful color, high quality, better than I expected! The gears gently move (separate of hands) for an exquisite feature that adds a touch of class. All behind glass, which is nice, but does pose a potential problem with reflection, depending on your placement of hanging. We love it!! (1st impression, just hung out of the box)

everything works as it should. the colors are amazing, the copper is vibrant and shiny. it comes with an extra set of hands to switch out if you feel like it. beware those hands are really thin and bend easily. i accidentally bent the extra ones a bit (was able to straighten them out) so i just put them in a drawer and left the original ones on. not that much of a difference. the thing is heavy, feels substantial. is real glass. the way to get to the hands is kind of tricky, luckily one won't need to do that very often. this clock is beautiful and the working gears are nice as the box stores just have the fake stationary ones.

Well first off, the clock is beautiful, amazing, better than expected in concept, but here's a big issue for me. The gunmetal clock color and just how the lighting hits it during day or night makes it VERY DIFFICULT to See the Time (hands).. I've tried to put an led light to shine around it, but then there's a glare off the glass. So in a way as cool as it is, well made, works great, looks very nice, as a clock for me it's the one thing it doesn't do well visually. So im on the fence about if I just want a very nice clock on the wall nobody can see the time without walking right up in front of it. I hope this helps, and I'd be interested in the manufacture might have a lighting solution.

The clock itself is a really nice looking clock. The problem is the glass cover produces a glare which makes it very hard to see the hands of the clock along with the moving gears in the center of the clock. I would give it a five star rating for beauty but one star for functionality.

I wanted a large wall clock & this is perfect. I like the metallic design. It is heavy. The clock is quiet & keeps good time. There are directions in taking the top off so you can change the hands to a different color (different hands do not come in the package). If my hands were a different color, they would be easier to use. Love it.

It looks beautiful. Tells time fine, but after just a few weeks the gears stopped. The gears and the clock hands have different batteries. The gears don’t actually turn the hands. They are just decorative. One other problem is it is a little difficult to tell the time. It produces shadows that make it look busy. And it’s already busy enough with the gears. I still like it but disappointed the gears don’t still move.
