Acceptable, but please use caution
For rotary tools these are fine for sanding, polishing, and everything like that. But for micro drill bits? Forget it. It wobbles more than me at the pub. I'm too scared to see what happens with a cutting disc. Overall quality seems to be good, they're metal, they lock reliably for the kind of work I mentioned, and at the end of the day it could just be my cheap rotary tool. But I've had no issues with it until I started using these bits.I'd advise to just stick with collets for cutting discs on your rotary tool. The fact they don't include a warning about this kind of thing is honestly quite alarming to me, since it could easily slip someone's mind. Either way pretty good for the money.

Rubbish drill bit wobbles
Drill bit wobbles.. to cheap and poor quality .. binned them .. back to my trusty good quality pin vise .....

Value Kit that fits
The fact i got 2 x 1/4 hex and two different shaft size chunks in kit allows me to have a chuck ready with my various tools so I don’t have to keep going back

Fair quality at low cost
Bought to convert hand drill to take smaller bits. The engineering is nowhere near precision, but entirely acceptable for smaller bits in metal or wood projects. I do use precision tools for watch and clock repairs and would not use these for domestic projects. This little set fits nicely in the gap at a very reasonable price.
