THIS IS THE BEST MAGNESIUM I'VE EVER TAKEN AND IM STOCKING UP I've even ordered extra for family members to try. If I could give this company a big hug I would. I can not believe the quality & difference. I am so glad I found this product. I take it every night before I go to bed and I have no more leg cramps.I have no side effects. If you wake up with horrible leg cramps try this supplement. It does the job better than expected. It also helps with sleep.

Great ProductMy doctor suggested starting to take a Magnesium supplement since I have shown deficiencies in my last blood tests. Went for another test 2.5 weeks after ingesting these capsules regularly as advised (1 Per Day). I am no longer deficient and now have more than enough Magnesium in my body. I will continue taking them regularly.. Another wonderful thing about this supplement is that it provides all the magnesium my body needs in 1 capsule - that is a dealbreaker for me since I truly despise taking pills/capsules.

This is a phenomenal product. Derived from dead sea salt makes me feel so good about the mineral content, let alone the price!! Haven't found a cheaper magnesium supplement.
