MetamucilPowder with NO Added Sweetener, 283g

Not good if you can't handle weird tastes but if you can it works great. too much might cause constipation tho

I take one dose of this Metamusil every day, and it has helped control the periodic emergency "runs" I had been experiencing, probably from eating a big salad every day. But I do not want sugar in it, nor do I want artificial sweeteners, and it is VERY hard to find the unsweetened Metamucil. I cannot find it in any local drug stores, and it is even scarce on Amazon, and very expensive when I do find it. So it is a matter of paying more, for less. I will continue looking for a reliable source at a reasonable price. Or I may try simply taking pure ground psyllium husks with water. Metamucil also includes some maltodextrin, and I have not been able to find out if leaving that ingredient out would make a difference in how the product works.

Great way to add fibre to your diet. No taste, adds a bit of texture to your drink but just gulp it down and you're all set.

Just what I wanted

Misrepresented item offered for sale. THIS item is a European version listed as 48 teaspoons compared to the US version which contains 114 teaspoons, yet it is offered at a higher price that the US larger version. The add, looks identical and does not clearly list the smaller size.
