Q: I purchased this more than a month ago and wanted to use today, but I cannot get the sticky glue/tape off that held the label on. Help!

For a natural and more effective way to remove stubborn, sticky labels, peel off what you can or soak in plain water to remove (if paper based.) Use coconut oil with a cotton ball (for "scrubbing") to naturally dissolve and remove the sticky glue. Coconut oil absolutely will take care of this issue without scratching the surface of the item or using poisonous chemicals.

Q: How many sides are there to the cookie sheet?

3. Two long sides and one short side. There is only 1 short end with no side to it. Also there are no corners to the sides either - you might be able to see if you look close. I used mine 3 times so far and it works good though.

Q: are these pans 18/0 gauge stainless steel or 18/10?

I'm not sure if it is 18/0 or 18/10 however we run these sheets through the dishwasher and have not had any issue with rust or corrosion. We have had them about a year or more. I will mention that I find this sheets a bit thin. I had two stainless sheets for many years which were much heavier.

Q: My current cookie sheets say dishwasher safe BUT don't use the "tabs" because they'll damage. Can I use the detergent "tabs/pods/packs" on these?

I wash by hand simply because of the size so I don't know about the tabs. You should know that these sheets are very thin. Mine came as a three pack, not what I was expecting but we have found them very useful anyway. If you are a serious baker you may want to go with something more sturdy.
