Very much liked and am using this brand from past 25 years and this is the second time am purchasing in past two decades.

Very bad customer support from the product's service department.
I have used the product for around 8 months without any issues. But, 2 days back it shuts off completely during a power failure. I contacted the customer service department and a technician attended the case and resolved the issue some how. Again the same issue came next day and attended by another technician and after checking he told that the inverter has no issue and is fine. Now I am facing the same issue again and again.It means that the department has no qualified technicians or engineers.
