Man, this thing is cool. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the other metrics besides weight. But its such a great tool to have in your weight loss arsenal. Pairing was a bit clunky but once you finally get it setup, its a joy to use. You don't even have to have your phone closeby. It automatically syncs whenever in range. The app UI is outstanding, and it provides you even more motivation when you see the downward trends on your bar graphs. Psychology is such an important facet when it comes to losing weight, and you need to find that tool that will help keep you motivated and provide rewarding feedback. This does just that!

The extra metrics arent so special and very inaccurate, but the base functionality is good and syncs well with apple health

This scale gives you a full understanding of your health by looking at more than just your weight. It shows your Muscle Mass, BMI, Body Fat %, and more. It is not 100% accurate with all its measurements, but it gives you a rounded view of health looking beyond you weight and was easy to set up/sync to my phone. You can also use the app to track your food and look at your measurements over days, weeks, or months so you can track your progress. Highly recommend for the price!

My other digital scales were giving varying measurements, but this product is of high quality, and gives you same measurements even if you stand 3-4 time in a row. Also the App is good and keep records of your progress (multiple profiles for whole family). You don't need to switch on app all the time, once you have WiFi configured you can be anywhere in the world and still can have the weight and profile of your family updated. Very satisfied with this purchase. Also the price is very good. BTW eufy is the same brand which is holding Anker products. Very Good Quality product.Update: after one month it started showing problems. You have remove batteries and insert again to make it work every time you want to use it. Weight setting keep going back to LB instead of KG, restarting again and again.
