We ordered this as a family gift to hold our bow target bag. Shipping was quick. The first one we received did not have the cover in it like it said on the box which was a huge plus for us since our bag was heavy. Amazon did a great job at sending us another one quickly, but unfortunately, there was no cover bag in that one either. It was really quick and easy to assemble. My kids were able to help and was very inexpensive. We’ve been using it for the past month and so far we have not had any problems with it. I would recommend this product.

I use this stand for archery bag targets and for the price it is strong, sturdy but yet surprisingly light. This was not made with cheap materials and was easy to put together. Pics on the instructions didn’t make a whole lotta sense until after I built it, common sense and a little skill and it’s a breeze to build. I would recommend to anyone wanting a solid hanger!

I took a chance, and the results awarded a (5 Star Rating). I read that the stand was made of cheap aluminum type of metal, I read that bolts/arrows penetrate the frame (practice ones), however I still wanted to test it on my own, with also utilizing common sense and geometry.A fixed with this review are pictures of my final setup (8” gong) with hardware. I was not worried about the side or upper frame, my biggest concern was the bottom frame that runs parelell to the ground. So what I did was fill 4 sand bags and drap across the bottom (sorry no picture) and utilizing geometry to angle the plate downwards using the hardware and angle tool (see picture)So now all my rounds will ricochet down to the earth at a degree. Behind the center rod, however as an extra precaution, that’s what the sandbags are for.I have used only 9mm FMJ 95-115 grain @ 15-25 yards, estimate 500-750 rounds, .380 FMJ 95 grain @10-15 yards, estimate 150-200 rounds, and 1500-2000 .22LR misc. grain, what you see is the end result after a day in the sun, brought home for care, re-painted, oiled, and stowed away inside, to keep from rust and longevity.

The product itself seems pretty nice, the protective bag was missing (per box it is included) returned for replacement missing again. Called customer service to see if they could send the bag (said they are out). Mind you they sell the bag on Amazon separately (money grab imo) they suggested to just return the product again and buy a different one. We just kept it. So if you don’t mind the missing bag the product itself is pretty decent!

HME makes some great stuff; and this target stand is no exception. At least when it comes to bag targets, I’ll buy this again if need be before going with another company or building my own.

Cover was missing, box was sealed so not put in the box in china where it was made.There is no way to contact the HME to request the missing bag.

I use this stand in conjunction with a Yellow Jacket hanging target, and I am very happy with it. The stand is good on terrain that is both level, and not. I've also not had any issues with it falling over from impact, and we are shooting 80lbs recurves at it.This thing can also take a beating. I've had two people get direct hits on the frame, and the arrows bounced back, and only left little dents in the frame. The paint didn't even chip!Very impressed overall, I would recommend this to anyone that needs a target stand that is easy to move and hard to break!Edit: still going strong over a year later! I drove a target shaft into it, and couldn't get the head out. I just had to unscrew the shaft and leave it in. Didn't matter. This stand is still rock solid, even with an arrowhead literally 3/4 of the way through the one support.

Works nicely. The stand is great but the box says it comes with the target cover inside the box and it doesn’t. Highly deceiving. I love the stand. Made very well. I rate the stand alone 5 stars
