I like the auto turn off and the various levels of heat.

Easy to assemble. This lamp was bigger then i though and when i got it positioned and set up i was pleased with the quality of the light. I started out on level 7 and did a 15 minute session I could feel the heat coming through but it didn’t feel like it was burning, it just feels like a mild heat lamp. I kept a 15 to 18 inch distance between myself and the red light during my session. It works for my muscles. This is excellent for pain relief. I use it every fifteen minutes twice a day. A great product for our household! I am satisfied!!

Heat worked good. A bit cumbersome and tips over easily.

Received this product , and absolutely love it. Perfect, portable, easily adjustable for different angles, and awesome heat production for my injury. Feels amazing, I use it all the time now and wish I had this little unit years ago.

Easy to assemble and just the right size. It does not occupy a lot of space and is easy to store. Temperature setting is easy and has a timer control for safety time usage. This is a great product of muscle relief.

I like the infrared light it's very soothing but the heavy attachment makes it very difficult to maneuver to difficult locations. I think they have the right concept but the botton attachment is far too heavy for this infrared light bulb attachment

This items listed as new/paid for as new. There are scuff marks on, the foam holding the bulb is certainly re-wrapped in random manner. And more importantly the the screw to hold the stem is missing.
