Good gabed motor gear ratio
I like thos bike alot. The front wheel is almost perfect but it will do it's job. The lug is metal encased in rubber. It's supposed to be hand tightened that way. The rod seems like it will work well. So far so good. The seat will need a velcro cushion to make it perfect for a ride around the neiborhood. The gears are perfect. You can upshift on your right thumb and with a separate lever can down shift with that same thumb. No bull it's a good bike with less metal on all of the pedal sprockets it doesn't have making it more smoother between gear shifting. Over all a dam good bike. Over and out

Do not buy this bike!
Bike broke down after 45 days of ownership. The rear wheel be came wobbly and gears kept skipping due to wheel instability. Called the manufacturer but the response was simply unprofessional. I’m having to spend $250 to fix the bike. Certainly do not recommend this product.

Cool Looking Bike
I got the blue 17” bike about four months ago for riding errands around town. I’m not one to go for a serious off-road trek or anything like that, just a ride from point A to point B. So far, I haven’t had any real problems with the chain coming off (as reported by some reviewers) or any other issues. The bike’s build quality seems solid, and it is as fairly simple easy to assemble. The only issue I have is the handlebars sit pretty low, so I have to continually lean forward during rides. Other than that, I’m pretty satisfied with the bike for the money I spent on it.

Returned, Several Problems, Snapped Chain
After owning for only two weeks the bicycle wouldn't shift correctly even after tuning. Out of the box the bicycle grinder gears and slipped. Used barrel nut to tune the shifter. 3 of the 7 gears continued to grind and slip which ruined the riding days. Chain snapped during third use while pedaling, not even shifting. I understand this is a 'budget' bike but it doesn't even function properly...$417 is still a lot of money to some people and they can't even enjoy a ride out of the box.Currently returning the item for a replacement. I will have to disassemble and pay out of pocket to pack the bike in another box. Getting burned twice.

DO NOT PURCHASE 0/10 SCAM!
This bike has been falling apart on me since I got it, it came with incorrect parts, the assembly was impossible to do on my own, I took it to get professionally assembled and paid an extra $200 for assembly just for the bike pedal to literally FALL OFF WHILE RIDING IT! THE BIKE PEDAL!!!! HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?! I didn’t even have the bike for a few months before it started falling apart on me

Wrong size chart for me !
Mongoose - Colton / Ador. This bicycle is to short in length to be suitable for me, the size chart is incorrect for a person 5'-10", I've rode bikes for over 50 years and my problem with this bike is that the seat and handle bars are way to close together !So perhaps a longer stem would help but not sure and I really don't want to waste money by throwing it at the problem at this time, just guessing usually it's a thrifty solution !Anyways if you buy one these bikes you might have a different experience, good luck.
