I'm a healthy fit male adult in my mid-thirties with a few lower back issues. This donut seat seems to have helped a bit.Previously when I'd get up after long extended sitting sessions in front of the computer, I'd get this heavy feeling/sensation in my lower back. After using this donut seat, even for the first time, I don't get that heavy sensation anymore and it feels better.I keep the plastic covering on the butt seat to avoid accumulating dust.I'll update this review if anything changes. 4/5.

This pillow is so comfortable that it has good cushioning effect. After using it my coccyx pain is gone. This product is really helpful to those who are suffering from coccyx pain
