This product is amazing. I’ve been using an over the counter cream I got from the chemist for 2 weeks with little in the way of results. I was still in pain and uncomfortable. After the first application the pain was finally easing and two days later I was pain free and well on the way to recovery. I can’t recommend this enough.

It has quite a strong smell at first, not sure if I’ve just got over it now but can’t smell it so much now. I use this god everything…spots or blisters. It’s magic

This product is soothing and didn't cause irritation. It didn’t shrink the haemorrhoids but did provide some relief after bowel movements. Good hydration and diet then fixed the issue but this ointment helped in the meanwhile.

I have used other medications prior to purchasing BenePura. Whilst this is more expensive the net results justify the cost.

After trying so many products this one really does work.

It doesn’t seem very effective and is quite pricey for the small amount you get. There are far better options available. It’s frustrating to pay extra for products marketed as “natural” or “premium,” only to find they do essentially nothing. I’m glad it’s a returnable item, at least.

My haemorrhyroids settled after a few applications. Pleasant to use and natural. Other products have steroids which can thin the skin.
