Badia Cajun Louisiana spice is delicious! This is the best spice I've found for a good Cajun/blackened taste.I use it on egg sandwiches/wraps, grilled shrimp, and deviled eggs. And add this to your margaritas for the best spicy margaritas around!I highly recommend it!

My son loves this. He puts it on everything
It taste good. If you want great, throw it into a salt/pepper grinder and grind it up into a fine powder. Good on chicken wings when ground up and mixed with corn starch as a coating.

Great seasoning
This is a great seasoning. I start putting in deferent proportions in most of my food. It doesn't have a lot of salt in it like some other seasonings. Mild hot.
