UPDATE: Eight Months after purchaseā¦
Below is my original review. I thought it would be best to post an update for those that are considering these panels. Iāve had them for enough time and through a season to update with real specs:See my photo! These panels deliver FULL wattage to your storage and loads. I have these in series/parallel for my 24v controller and inverter. Itās summer 2024 and the other day we had a power outage affecting 5k homes in the area. My shop was running as if nothing happened. Full on AC, compressor, lights, power tools, chargers. These panels pushed 15a @24v with no problems. The panels are staggered in age yet they all perform the same and deliver to my storage array and grid. 4 of these are enough to power my shop for 6+ hours. The next day, my storage was full by 8am. Granted this is summer, however this is the ideal time to rate these and judge them for what they can do. Some other reviewers state they donāt deliver but I can assure you that my panels deliver equally, efficiently and are working well with the environment they are in. I hope this update helps inform you to the longevity of these panels.I purchased these panels 2 at a time last summer and I now own 8 total. Itās been more than six months post deployment and I have to say that I am extremely overjoyed by the results of these panels. One did arrive completely shattered but the customer support is amazing and I had another panel on my door in a few days. These are durable to a point but they are made of glass so if you get a broken one, donāt sweat it!I configured my panels to work as series/parallel to a solar combiner box. From my solar combiner, I send the combined power to a controller that then sends the power over to a bank of LiON batteries @1200ah 24vdc. In turn, a mega beefy 240v@60hz inverter draws from the batteries at 24vdc and sends two phase AC over to the ATS (Auto Transfer Switch) that controls the balance between line and inverter. This winter, the biggest draw was my electric shop heater which runs on a timer. Most of the winter months, I managed to see a daily use of pure solar to power my entire shop. Only a few days in January did I see the switch trip over to line power. Thanks to these panels, I can run my shop exclusively on solar! My compressor, lights, tools and even my welder all are powered by solar! The whole situation would be impossible if it were not for the affordable cost of these panels. I plan to add a few more and push my luck with charging an EV using solar. I just need more storage and Iām golden! This is a fantastic purchase and the price is cutting the competition in half!

Everything wanted .More than expected
Delivered with care on date promised. These are large panels, as expected for 400 watts of output. A bit awkward to move and set up because of the size but fewer panels is a bonus. Build quality is exceptional, the output amazing. Without worry of perfect angle or alignment, on mounts in the lawn these two panels wired in series produce 815 watts in full sun, even diffused evening light produces useable power. Looking forward to having these mounted and properly set with the backs open for added output.Worthy panels at any price, exceptional value when discounted or a coupon is available.Very satisfied customer! Hoping the longevity is as good as the initial build.

Consistent Quality and Excellent Power Output
Overall I am satisfied with these 100 watt panels. Packaging has been consistent without any damage after I have purchased a total of 8 panels. My panels are mounted flat on top of my camper. With four panels, I have seen as much as 350 watts at a non ideal mounting angle. This is 87 watts a panel.I've since moved to 7 JJN panels on my camper. I cannot comment yet on total power output as it's been cloudy. However, if I can manage 87 watts a panel, I'm expecting 600 watts. Crossing my fingers for 700 watts.I've yet to see 100+ watts from the 100 watt panels like some reviewers. However, this could be due to angle.Mine are all wired in parallel.Lastly, I have 1 panel (8th jjn 100 watt panel) powering my seldom used shed. It getting the job done for led lighting purposes and light duty power usage. All my panels are on MPPT controllers with appropriately sized wiring and limited voltage drop.Overall, I'm happy with my panels vs price paid. I'm curious to try the 200 watt panel and maybe move my 8th 100 watt to my camper.I will update this review with any relevant information at a later date.UPDATE- 5/26/23Installed an 8th 100watt panel. I produced 720 watts of solar power yesterday in not ideal conditions. Intermittent cloud cover, non ideal solar panel angles due to being mounted on camper roof. This is 90 percent of total advertised output. I am certain at this point that if all panels were pointed at ideal angles vs sun position, they would produce the 800 watts or more.Overall, I am very satisfied with these panels. Now off to upgrading my battery bank.Update 10/21/23Upgraded to 10 panels (1000) watts on my camper. I am currently only able to achieve 65% of rated output. Please keep in mind that in June I was able to get up to 95% output and this is on a flat roof, no angle.I tested all my panels at 3.5 amps with a short circuit test via a fluke clamp DMM. Consistent output readings were observed.I then took 2 panels and angled them until I got max output facing the sun and achieved 5.5 amps. It's obvious that angle and direction in relation to the sun can make a drastic difference.3.5 amps at 20 volts = 70 watts (70%)5.5 amps at 20 volts = 110 watts (110%)It did not take voltage readings, so I'm going with a ballpark voltage of 20.However, panel angle at optimum made a difference of 63%.All this to say, the panels checked out and are working correctly. Panel angle makes a drastic difference.I will say my latest shipment of two panels I did experience slight shipping damage and the glass has light scratching.Update 3/2024. Still utilizing a non ideal angle. It is early spring in Texas (Northern Hemisphere) and the sun is not at maximum height/ angle to provide max solar power conditions.I have 10 JJN 100 watt panels, I am currently producing 810 watts out of 100 watts of panels. For a total output by percent of 81%. I suspect this may go up in late spring into summer. I will post a screen shot of my output. Which shows .81 KW or 810 watts.Still impressed and happy in 2024. Stay tuned for an additional 2 panels in the future.Update 4/19/24Later spring now in southeast Texas. Partly cloudy day with intermittent sun. Was able to produce 980 watts (.98kw) on historic chart with an instantaneous reading of 920 watts (.92kw). This is 92% of the 1000 watt rated output with panels lying mostly flat.To give you some insight into what I am able to accomplish with this. I have a 48volt 300AH power bank of Lifepo4. I live in my camper currently full time. Fully charged at 58 volt, I have about 17.4kwh of power storage. 48 volts is not full capacity on 12voltX4 bank of Lifepo4.I run my microwave, phones, refrigerator, blow dryer, laptop, cellphone charging, vacuum, lights, tv, Xbox, PC, exhaust fan, etc off my system. I do not run my AC or water heater off solar. Future plans though.By midday on sunny day, I have completely recharged my batteries.Excellent performance.Update- 4/21/24Cold front came in on a cloudy day, clouds broke to full sun. I was able to achieve 1060 watts (1.06KW) on ten 100 watt panels (1000 watts). This wasn't short lived as I was able to achieve 1040 watts a few minutes earlier.Typically, it would be much hotter in April here. Current ambient temperature is 62F at around 1pm.I believe this set the stage for a perfect environment of cooler temperatures and full sun .With all this being said, I was able to achieve 106% of rated power at non ideal solar panel angle. They are nearly flat and oriented North/South almost perfectly. With all this being said, I should have upgraded my review rating to 5 stars long ago.Unless the panels produce a crazy high number, this likely concludes my updates. Please don't hesitate to use these panels.Photos of all outputs have been uploaded and verified with secondary shunt based power monitor.
