Beautiful fan, but no remote control 😡
Fan is beautiful, worth the money, unfortunately 1 of the cystals was broke and they forgot to put the remote control in the box. Seemed easy to install but I didn't install my electrician did. I'm not quite sure about the noise, without the remote control I can't test.

Poor Quality Control
The quality control is poor. The welded flange brackets that are used to hold the chandler to the bottom of the fan are too short and don't match up to the attachment screws in the bottom of the fan. I did not get to discover this until the fan was installed. It is fixable with quick trip to the hardware store for longer screws and something to act as a spacer. It seems to work but be prepared to fab a few things to get it to work..

Beautiful but you hae to buy screws to attach, as the ones provided are too short
It's beautiful. Silent. SUPER BRIGHT. Dimmer is very cool. It was not that tedious to put the crystals on. The assembly, however, was problematic and I had to go to the hardware store to get longer screws to be able to install it. Several other reviews state the same thing, it is clearly a design flaw.

It is not made correctly
The bracket does not align properly, so you cannot attach the “lamp shade” part of it to the motor. It was way too short. I sent back. Waste of my time, and money.
