The technician came the same day and charged a standard fee of 400 INR. Very smooth service.Old review: The stove doesn't work. It looks nice and sleek, but the gas doesn't ignite. There seems to be a product defect, and the customer support number is unreachable. I was looking forward to a good product based on the reviews but am very disappointed
