Got a refund in the end as managed to calibrate the battery but the moment the integrated RTX graphics card turned on it would power off and require the power supply to be pluged in to work again. Save yourself the headache and buy genuine or another brand with more reviews

The battery fits and plugs into the laptop's motherboard perfectly fine, the laptop is able to detect that it's plugged in and let's the laptop reach it's higher performance levelsBUTThe battery doesn't actually charge, it doesn't give you any information about it in the BIOS and when you're booted into windows, it will either tell you that the battery is always 0%, 49% or 50% when plugged into the wall charger.If you unplug the wall charger from the laptop, it switches off instantly and does not actually use the battery.If you plan to do more than keep your laptop plugged into the wall socket, this won't let your laptop be more mobile than a Desktop computer.

This worked wonderfully at the start, then a day later, when the battery hit 70% or below it just powered down. Had to charge it again to take it over 70% which only took minutes as it was already at70%. But then the same thing happened. Its pretty poor. Luckily amazon refunded me. Hence 2 stars.

A battery should work - this one didn't. It said 60% on my PC and just crashed every time - that is not shutdown like a controlled close when the level is too low, just a total switch off like pulling the plug.And to add insult to injury, they want to charge shipment for the return!To send out faulty goods is just not acceptable.
