Delicious and healthy without Titanium Dioxide.
These pumpkin seeds are delicious. Fresh, tasty and salted just right. And very importantly, they do not have the added toxic bleaching agent Titanium Dioxide which most pumpkin seeds made in America have. Titanium Dioxide has been banned as a food additive in Europe but, sadly, is still allowed in the USA. So happy to have found these healthful delicious pumpkin seeds. I will be returning for more!

Overly roasted and salty!
Unfortunately I will not be buying these again I wish I could return them I had to throw them away. I had a couple and they were just to salty. They have a thick layer of salt and half of them taste to burnt, like they were just overly roasted.

So salty!
Son't get me wrong, I do love salty pumpkin seeds, but these are over the top. I had to mix them in with some reasonably salted ones to sorta even things out. However, doing so provided the *perfect* ratio, so that's why 4 stars instead of 3.

LARGE AND TASTY
I've bought many brands of pumpkin seeds in various middle eastern grocery stores. Some are too small, some are too dry, some taste stale. The Al Amira seeds are always large, not dry, and they always taste fresh, maybe because they fly off the shelf. The local store where I used to get them is crowded and apparently nobody likes masks, so I now get them from Amazon. They seem expensive, but they go a long way. Put one in your mouth "vertically" and crack it with your front teeth, then open it. Don't be fooled by the packaging from some brands, which have pictures on the bag that look larger than what's in the bag. This bag has a real window.

very salty
These are good seeds, but they are too salty. I checked labels and they have 0.045 mg of sodium/gm of seeds. David's, which people may be more familiar with, have 0.029 mg of sodium/gm of seeds. That's 1.5 times as much salt and it's too much, even for someone who likes salt. It's too bad because the per ounce price is one of the lowest I found.
