I have tried to capture the appearance of the velvet in the photo for you as there’s so many variations on line. I looked for weeks for black velvet curtains, in store and online. These curtains are beautiful, they hang perfectly, excellent value for money in my opinion. But you must iron them first!!!. I spent 20-30 mins per curtain (lining side not velvet) and they literally do not have a single crease now. I bought two pairs and interlocked the eyelet for that extra width needed for our bi fold doors. I would recommended these. Great blackout too.

Lovely, consistent depth of colour. Hang well and the rings appear good quality. Provide full blackout and seem to help heat retention. Only thing I’m less keen on is the white linings - personal preference but I’d rather not have white linings on dark curtains

Fantastic, gorgeous, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen velvet curtains. They are definitely 100% light blackout curtains. Feel and look beautiful. Would 100% recommend. I had to buy 2 sets to fit my window and they were exactly the same length, was a bit worried after reading some other reviews. I will definitely buy again and I had priced up similar in my local dunelm and I saved £80 buying these!

Not colour it says

Took a few weeks to arrive but these are really lovely curtains. I bought silver, they're heavyweight and fall beautifully. Too soon to see if work's needed to bring out creases, but I've hung them for now. They're better quality than the samples I got for made to measure curtains and a fraction of the price. I saw one review that was concerned if these were genuine, mine have the LLB packaging and labels. Really pleased.

I had to replace the curtains on the landing since my rescue kitty took to climbing up them and ripping the lining.I was looking for a reasonably priced replacement that was good quality. Fortunately, these fitted the bill. I unpacked them 48 hours before I hung them and I'm pleased to say the creases dropped out fairly quickly. These were such a good purchase I've bought a few more pairs.
