UPDATE: I've had this for over two years, and I still love it. I grew my hair below my shoulders, and it dried my hair just as well as it did with my chin-length bob. The only thing I don't like is not being able to get my hair smooth. This is rarely an issue, but there have been a handful of times in the last two years when I would have preferred a sleeker look. A regular blow dryer will work fine for those rare occasions, once I remember to buy one. (I gave mine to one of my kids after getting this one.)----------------Original review:My hairstylist recommended I try a brush/blow dryer combo, and this is the one I decided on. I'm so glad I picked it. It's lightweight, it includes a cool setting, and it works *fast*. I have a chin-length bob and fine hair, so it didn't actually take a *long* time to blow my hair dry, but my attention span is shorter than my hair, and I never dried it all the way. With this, my hair is dry and completely styled before I get bored and quit.No more fighting with a round brush and a separate blow dryer, and the area at the top where you're supposed to hold it with your fingers is big enough and really stays cool. It's easy to coax my sides forward, I get so much more volume than with a regular blow dryer, and it's such an all-around great addition to my bathroom appliances that it made some obsolete.I don't know how well it will work on thick or natural hair, but if you're looking for body, don't pass this by.

Bought a 2nd one for a back up. I love this product, my hair dries faster and it doesn’t frizz. It’s easy to use, not heavy, and the cord does not tangle. The attachments are also great. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for one. You will not be disappointed

So I read the reviews and a lot of the negatives on this product was the size of the handle-It is a little big, but not so much. I would return it for that reason. I absolutely loved the way my hair turned out! I bought it because I am not good at Freehand blow drying-My hair is Growing out from being short and at the stage where it’s either too short to fix or too long to fix. The middle brush gave my hair just enough lift-My hair looks like it was actually cut to be this length! The drying left it super soft and shiny. I want a little bounce!! I love this product!! I’ve been a fan of Chi Products for sometime now. I hope it works for everyone as well as it works for me! Thank you Chi for another great product! ❤️

Size: 3 round brushes perfect for most styles.If you want smaller, tighter curls, you need a 1" barrel which I WISH I could add on from CHI.If they add this, please reach out, I will buy the add on 1" barrel.Fast fast drying.I wish it had a MEDIUM setting, but the 3 settings do the job fine: COOL (no heat)/LOW HEAT/HIGH HEAT.The bristles grip the hair without any pain, no damage, no "can't get your hair out" issues. I really like the bristles.Listen: you can get one $20 -$25 (on a no brand)-cheaper, but this time, spend your money on a tried and true brand that is in Ulta/Sallys/salons/used by hairstylists in salons....that's what I told myself.The blow dryer is not heavy or bulky.The brushes are ROUND not oval....so they are right for shorter, medium length hair.Say hello to SHINY, FRIZZ FREE, styled hair in minutes.Now I look forward to doing my hair.And on the 2nd, 3rd no wash day just dampen hair andre-style with ease and salon results!! Or use the cool setting to re-volume your crown head area.Try it.It's is a bit noisy, but it's not a $500 Dyson....and it's a blow dryer, not a vacuum.

I really like this ROUND hot air brush. It’s lightweight and has 3 different size brushes you can attach to the handle. It gets very hot so becareful. It’s very easy to change out the brushes on it.

I bought it Nov 2023. I was initially very happy with my purchase. It’s light weight and worked well.Here we are one year later and it stops blowing hot air while I was using it. I was getting ready for a party and I’m left without a styler. To say that I was upset is an understatement. Had to start calling up friends & neighbors to quickly borrow a dryer.I contact the company and I’m instructed to find a box, pack it up, ship it to them at my expense PLUS enclose a check for $15. Yeah, no. I already paid $80 for an item that lasted a year. I’ve gotten more use out of $30 blowers.Buyer Beware.

I purchased this product in hopes that it would replace my round brush and my blow dryer. I was excited to see if combining the two would make it a little easier for styling my hair. I have just above the shoulder length hair, and I felt like the tool was easy to use, however it was difficult to shape my hair with it. I also noticed I did not have as much volume with this tool as I do using my regular round brush and hairdryer separately. I think this product would be really good for a longer hair as it does straighten out curls. I did have to completely dry my hair first with a regular dryer before using this product Because it would take a long time to actually dry your hair with this if it was completely wet, so I think that defeats the purpose of this tool as it is supposed to be more convenient and a timesaver.

On the search for a device that did it all I have finally found it! Maybe I am just uncoordinated but can't manage to hold that dang round brush and a blow dryer. Here comes this baby with three brush sizes and it works great! It dries my hair in half the time of my other blow dryers (going to salvation army), leaves my hair soft and shiny, and is light enough to take when I travel. I mean I have tried so many devices, flat irons that claim to dry and straighten, Heated brushes that make the same claim. I love this thing! My hair is different lengths so this works on the shorter bangs and my longer hair. I don't know what else I can say except FINALLY , why did I waste all the money!!! Love love love this.
