Great material, nothing sticks to it even when used on carpet. Loved using it for my feet and calves. I’m a little bit on the smaller side (5’5, size 8) and found the roller to work really well. It breaks up knots and the crunchy feeling in your feet efficiently. Plus it’s easy to carry around in any bag.

This roller is the best thing that has happened to my feet since I got Plantar Fasciitis. My feet have been in pain I’ve tried to massage them myself, I also get pedicures and massages and nothing even comes close on how good this roller made my feet feel! I feel such relief when I use it, it is easy to use, love the material that it’s made of, and it’s small and travels well. I love it! Highly recommend it, so glad I bought it! I don’t usually write reviews but I’m writing one to help other people with Plantar Fasciitis understand how good this will be for your feet!

This helped me when my foot was injured. It was the only thing that made a difference.

When I took it out of the box, I was surprised at how small it was. Didn’t look at the photo of the measurements online. Thought it first I just paid a pretty decent price for something that probably wasn’t going to work very well. However, that’s not the case. It’s very effective. Much better than trying to use a round ball. Very easy to control and capable of hitting all the areas of the foot. I wear a size 14 and I found it to be large enough to handle a big foot. It is firm, but not ridiculously hard or soft. Great for travel, and I will be incorporating it into my routine.

This foot roller didn't really work well for me. It wasn't wide enough to get a comfortable roll, did not stay in place the way I wanted it to, and gave me no real pain relief. I liked the material, but I just needed it to be longer so that I could keep it working in the arch of my foot. I'll try something else.

I have wide feet and wish this was a little wider. It does feel good but I have to keep adjusting it. Just a suggestion but if the material was a little gripped it would be easier to use also.

This product is great for runners or anyone who wants to relieve/massage their feet! Way better than a tennis ball because it can get way more deep tissue work in my foot. Its unique shape allows for that compared to just a round squishy tennis ball. I love how it’s light weight and portable. Definitely buy this product!

As a Division 1 athlete, I absolutely loved this foot roller! It really loosened up the tightness in my feet and made me ready to play at my best! Highly recommend!
