I love lancer products!! I sampled the method facial polish scrub a few years back at sephora and it’s been my go to exfoliant for years. I’m thrilled to see their products coming to amazon especially since Sephora stopped selling them.This body polish it EXCELLENT!! It is a very fine grain gritty texture. It feels a little abrasive but, it’s very tolerable. This body polish didn’t irritate my skin at all or cause any redness or irritation. It does a fantastic job of exfoliating my skin and leaving my body feeling silky soft and refreshed. I appreciate that this body scrub comes in a large quantity. (8.8 oz/250g) I do not have the Lancer cleanse body wash so after use I just use my regular nourishing hydrating body wash (Dove) and my body feels creamy and silk soft.This body cleanser is very effective at exfoliating and cleansing my body. Lancer is a phenomenal brand this product is no exception! My legs feel softer than every after using this body scrub and it doesn’t take a whole lot of product to effective cleanse and clean my legs. Would whole heartedly recommend both this product and this brand!! It does not disappoint.

Agh I love this product so much! Does a great job at exfoliating my winter skin and feels lovely. I have to use sparingly because I think it’s on the expensive side, so I’m trying to make it last.

I’m a fan of Dr. Lancer’s method, read his book and polishing the skin improves everything. Thanks to Dr Lancer for publishing the book and sharing his knowledge with those who are not patients in his dermatology practice. 🥰Nice scrub, does warm slightly when contacting skin. It does a great job of exfoliating the skin. The grains are medium-small sized. I bought it during the Black Friday sale. Thanks to Amazon for the great deals that were offered 🥳The product is very thick and difficult to squeeze out of the tube. It’s a struggle! I’ve enlarged the opening to make it easier to dispense and still struggle in the shower every time! 🤔 every shower, I drop the slippery silver tube several times, and the pretty silver cap is broken and in the trash!Not sure if I’ll buy it again. There’s another scrub with pumice beads (First Aid) that works well also, is cheaper and more importantly, easy to dispense and use.

The media could not be loaded. This Lancer body polish most definitely works to polish skin. It is quite thick so you do need to squeeze the tube with ample pressure to get the polish to come out. I've tried applying the polish with a washcloth and with just my hands but found it works best with a bodywash poof. It seems to be most effective to get my skin moist in the shower, shut off the water, apply the polish vigorously & then rinse off. There is an ample amount of gritty exfoliant that does an excellent job of buffing away any old dry skin. I've found using this twice a week keeps my skin soft and not as rough. I look forward to using it in the winter months when my skin normally gets very dry & cracked . The scent is very pleasant but not too overwhelming.

Don’t see any difference in different product. Don’t waste your money

The Lancer Skincare: The Method Body Polish comes in cool sleek packaging. The polish is thick and not easy to squeeze it out of its tube. It has a gritty texture which I expected being it is an exfoliate but what I didn’t expect was how quickly it heated when I rubbed it into my skin. It was not hot, just a bit disconcerting. Overall, it did a great job of exfoliating and softening my skin. Scrub has small particles that don't hurt but do the job, I like to use it on my legs and thighs, specially when shaving, it's also warm so that's another reason I like to use it on my thighs, leaves my legs super soft. I do find it expensive but it's a nice product if you want to splurge a little.

ancer Skincare The Method: Body Polish, Warming Daily Exfoliator Scrub, 8.8 Fl Oz $80I really like the Lancer line.This scrub feels slightly warm at application, has very light buffing grains which exfoliate without being too rough & feels like a silky oil type of moisture undertone that doesn’t leave my skin greasy.Overall I’m very pleased. My only improvement request would be to allow the product to flow out of packaging better… you really have to squeeze :D
