So good you can't stop eating it
All I can say is wow. I make ganache with this and it was awesome. Just so beautiful on top of the cake smooth and pretty. Taste was great.

Not fresh, taste stale
I am blind so I’m not able to tell what the expiration date on these were but they definitely taste like their past their prime; I’ve ordered this before in my last shipment was not like this! Remind me of chocolate that’s been in the refrigerator for a very long time, not re-ordering again

What's not to like about Ghirardelli?
I bake a lot. So many recipes ask for 4 oz of melted chocolate. These are 4 oz so I don't have to drag out my scales and weigh out. It was more economical to order 12 bars and keep in freezer than to buy a single bar at the grocery store.

Good for making truffles.
I bought this to make truffles. It worked really well. It melts easily and blended smoothly. Not all chocolate bars melt as well. Some are too thick and get lumpy, but Ghirardelli is consistently smooth. They made very good truffles.
