Ok, if you are going to use this for vaginal tightening...IT WORKS!!! How to use: small douche bottle, spring water (or tap is fine). 1 or 2 teaspoons (I use 2) to 8oz water. You do not have to boil. Mix well, pour into douche bottle, use as a douche. You can also use Amla with it: 1 teaspoon of Oak Gall, 1 teaspoon of Amla to 8oz water, again, you don't have to boil. Note: you can refill douche bottle with plain water, and douche again if you think there will be residue (that's a mental thing of course lol). Happy Tightening 😊

Just mix this with water and apply as a douche (they sell plastic syringes here) - it works wonders and is a miracle herb. My husband is a very happy man. The only thing some may find difficult is figuring out the amount of powder and ratio to water (I do about a teaspoon to a cup) but after a couple tries you'll find the right amounts and/or the amount to apply (put the whole syringe which made me too tight but the next time doing a half worked great). I couldn't get past the taste. I tried with just water, then with a little honey. And with juice. Nothing can cover the taste, I just threw it away.

Definitely works for what you're trying to use it for.Maybe even a little too good if you know what I'm saying.No I'll side effects, no over drying like others mentioned. Was definitely worth it.

Took 6 oz. Of hot water and a teaspoon.Very bitter... half was used as a douche half was drunk... I threw up everywhere.
