Very sharp, does a good job.

Didn't realize the perforations make the steak come up to temperature quicker. Used it for the first time, last night. Half of of the steak was over cooked. I have to rethink how I can control the perpetration.

The blades are sharp and unit is sturdy. Only fault is drying in between the blade rows for storage.

Der Steaker ist handlich trotz seiner Größe.Habe damit dicke Kotelett "gelöchert", ging sehr leicht durchs Fleisch.Zart ist immer relativ, für meinen Geschmack hätte es weicher sein können aber ich werde es noch bei anderen Fleischstücken ausprobieren!Bin aber trotzdem damit zufrieden.Einziger Nachteil ist für Menschen die der englischen Sprache nicht mächtig sind, das die Anleitung nur auf Englisch ist. Das sollte aber kein Problem sein da das Gerät eigentlich Selbsterklärend ist. ;)Trotzdem, Gerät empfehlenswert.MfG.
