Love these drops!
I have tried many eye drops, but this one is sooo much better than the others. Soothes the dry eye and lasts longer than the others. I didn’t like the bottle at first but you have to get the hang of using it. It’s really simple.

Dry Eyes
It helps my dry eyes function, and it is great that I don't have to go to a drug store and locate the liquid, because most don't carry it. I first got it from my eye doctor--thank you for carrying it.

Very Good but Difficult to Get the Drops to Come Out
This is a good and effective product. I’ve had good results from it. The only downside , which other reviewers have noted, is that getting the drops to come out can be a real challenge. Someone suggested not squeezing the bottle too hard. I tried that many times, but it didn’t work. It takes a long time for the drops to come out, and sometimes they don’t.

Finally
Finally, a better product for dry eyes. These drops are so much better than most dry eye drops. So comfortable and soothing for severely dry eyes. Yes, they are pricey, but worth it.

Eye drop itself is great
The eye drop itself is great. Soothing, and it feels more like real tears to my eye than other drops. I like that it contains an ingredient to cover the surface of the eye. The problem with MGD is that your eyes don't receive enough surface lubrication from the glands, and with that protective layer missing, tears can't do their job. The bottle did start to get vacuum pressured together like others have said and became impossible to squeeze, I was going to have to throw away the unused drops. I can be cynical, so I assume the company does this on purpose. I put a sewing needle in the hole a couple times, the vacuum released and the drops flow easy and I can use the rest. But there is no way I'll be getting 3 months out of this bottle of really pricey drops. It's just too small. There's only 1 other drop that does a similar thing this one does, it's from another brand, it's in daily use vials, but I might try it. These drops DO feel really good, and they work.

These work!
I have tried many eye drops over the years, some have worked better than others. These drops are specifically made for people with dry eye and MGD. I wondered if they would be truly different or better. And yes they are! During the day, I use them less frequently than other brands. At night, I have replaced my thicker ointment drops with these which also helps with those pesky errant eyelashes that are caused by ointments. For the first time in years, my eyes will water on their own. I still use a Bruder's eye mask and careful cleaning as part of my routine, but these drops have been a game changer.

Great product, awful dispensing
I’ve been using this product for over a year for Meibomian Gland Dsyfunction (MGD) as diagnosed by my Optometrist and the medication works very well. 5 Stars awarded for that, but the dispensing is awful for a 1 Star rating max (thus the overall 3 rating). I apply the medication twice a day before using the warm moist compress, followed by my Restasis Rx. As directed in the instructions I shake the vail a little to mix, remove cap and hold the vial inverted with the nozzle about 2 inches from my eye. After dispensing a drop to each eye, I return the bottle to the upright position and give it a little snap movement to discharge any fragment of a drop off its tip, and replace the cap. I then return the bottle to its original box and store upright. Take a close look at the pictures and you should note it still has about 1/3 of product remaining, and the bottle has indentations from the slight vacuum within from discharge of product with no replacement from outside air to equalize the pressure inside the vial. Also, it takes quite a bit of pressure from my thumb and forefinger to get the drop to form and fall. I recently found another substitute product that uses the individual vials, but unlike the Restasis vials whereas you can literally snap the torn off cap back so can use multiple times that day, this alternative to Optase, you cannot and waste most of the product in throwing the one-time use vial away. So I cannot recommend it either.I haven’t found a replacement to-date and may have to reach out to my Optometrist for a different brand. It’s a shame because I really like this product.
