Under chair polish wash not done but over all good product wood is good

Product was ordered on 16th oct 2024, delivered on 22nd Oct 2024, within fewdays of usage it broke. It's of inferior quality. Cannot withstand person of 60kg. Don't buy and dimensions don't match as claimed. Don't know what to do, unable to contact seller.
