The rose quartz has a calming effect on both the physical and mental levels. I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because the quartz pieces are strung together so tightly that moving or adjusting the mask sometimes causes the pieces to pinch the skin.

I first used one of these at a spa and had to have one. The stone is super cold and a little weighty to lay on your face. It feels great and reduces eye/cheek/face puffiness. There are many different color stones you can choose from. Be sure to get THIS one though because the stones are woven close together. I enlarged and examined many listings before choosing this one because some have bigger gaps between the stones-this one is nicer quality and worth the extra price. Your eyes will thank you. I use it every night and it helps relax me to go to sleep too. This may be my new go-to gift for my friends!
