I bought this for hiking in the winter. It’s thin an comfortable. Unlike the ninja-esque picture, the mask is big enough that my nose, mouth and eyes are exposed, which is great because it doesn’t fog up eyewear or interfere with eating or nose blowing. Covering most of the head and neck, it conserves body heat during my hikes. If I start to get overheated, I just remove it and shove it in a pocket. It’s so light and thin, it’s barely noticeable in my pocket I can wear a ball cap over it to keep the rain off of my glasses and for extra warmth. Finally, the bright blue color is highly visible in winter woods, so hunters don’t shoot you. Blue is an unnatural color. Hardly anything in nature is blue. Orange blends in with orange dead leaves, so in my opinion bright blue is a better color for high visibility in the woods.

It is very thin, but a great base layer for moderately cold. Great value. Doesn't take much pocket space if you need to take it off during the day. I got this and a fleece one to cover most of my winter needs. May splurge for a merino wool version next year, but they are 5x the price.

My 9 year old used this as a ninja mask for Halloween. He loves it! It's soft and durable. Very good value for the money we paid. I would buy it again! It does go in different styles like in the picture too. I could see him using it as a ski mask too! Great deal! Served it's purpose.

Fits tight but surprisingly fit over all of my hair & I have ALLOT lol . It stinks really bad when you take it out the package not sure if I should wash it I’m afraid it will shrink but I will come back to update when I do .

I am going to have a blue light treatment on my face soon. After the treatment I cannot be in sun or near windows for 48 hours. I have to get home and I live in a place with lots of windows. Living in a dark hotel room for 48 hours does not appeal so I looked for something like a lightweight balaclava on Amazon. If Amazon doesn't have it it may not exist. I found these and ordered a pink one.This is exactly what I wanted. Lightweight, smooth, and comfortable. The top of my nose and around my eyes are exposed, but I can deal with that. It's not something I will wear after the two days are over--as far as I know, so the price is right. Very pleased to find just the right thing.

It fits great for about a week but then it started feeling loose but it keeps my face warm on long rides

I don't like the seam on the top cause when it presses on the pads of my helmet it hurts my head. But good non the less
