Nice spicy Gochujang sauce with many uses
I make my own Kimchi and use this together with Gochu chilli flakes to make mine, people always ask me for a jar as they prefer it to fresh shop bought.It’s also good mixed in with a little Tom Ketchup as a tangy sauce for Korean chicken, fish fingers and fries.
