HI-TEC Ravus Mid Hiking Boots for Men, Lightweight Breathable Outdoor Trekking Shoes

Had a pair of Hi-Tec shoes for 15+ years used casually and intermittently to hike on trips in the RV or locally. Wore out the top of the rear heel where the foot enters. Tread was still good. Decided to simply buy another pair with the latest design. It fit out of the box but a little tight. I have learned walking around a bit loosens things up so I went on a long walk. That worked. Had to sinch up the laces from when first put them on and then the shoe fit just right. I don't know about the water resistance yet, but they aren't waterproof which is fine. I think they look good and are just right for a mid-use boot.

good shoe for the price. i normally wear a 10.5 and got an 11w and is borderline tite.

I never had this model of shoe before, they arrived this morning, so far I am impressed. Especially for the price, this a is a deal. Very light, comfortable-it is July here and warm, did yard work and cut wood with them on and so far very good. They do run a little small, after reading the reviews i ordered a full size larger, normally wear a 12, and a the 13 fits fine. Obviously not a high end hiking shoe but a pretty good outdoor activity shoe for all around use.If they hold up well over the next month or so I will order another pair.

I bought these for year round wear but they are mesh so if your shoes get sprayed, splashed or snow on them, your feet are cold and wet instantly. Not for winter wear or wet conditions. Padding in soles is so so, I bought gel inserts. Fit is ok, a little on the narrow side.

These fit perfectly, are very well built, and I could not be happier with them! I have flat feet and find it difficult to find comfortable footwear. These are absolutely PERFECT!

I was buying Kohmbu work boots but the edge of the sole was wearing out after 2-3 month of daily wear. I decide to try these and after 5 months they show minimal sole wear form daily wear in a warhouse. These are comfortable with good inside padding. The only weakness is the top eyelet is metal and it causes the laces to wear out. First pair of laces lasted 2 months. After 5 months, I'm on y 3rd paid of laces. Great shoes but buy a spare pair of laces.

My husband has had expensive boots such as redwing he often complains of how narrow the toe area is on boots he also has sensory issues that make finding a boot difficult We had plans to go to the mountains to do some hiking and I found these and honestly thought they wouldn't fit him right and prepared myself for a return process however he wore them not only on our hiking trip but everywhere he threw his red wings out for these boots I was shocked at how much he likes these boots I purchased them a year ago and they are still holding up the only thing we did do is every 6 months we put water resistant on them they work so well with him that we purchased another pair for his dad
