This is a must for anyone who loves bath but struggles to get in and out
This chair is fab, super sturdy I tested out of the bath just in the middle of the kitchen and it's doesn't sway or feel unstable at all, I have been unable to enjoy a bath for a few years now due to struggling to get in and out safely due to rheumatoid Arthritis and spinal surgery. I have been looking at lifts and chairs ect but this one had great reviews and was so well priced compared to others. It's really easy to install and can be removed when not In use. Not as heavy as I was expecting but comes in 2 parts for even easier moving. You get between 4-6 lifts out of a charge but charges quite fast. I would recommend this item to anyone that struggles with bathing it's an absolute game changer.

No assembly required
Unpacked and after fitting the rubber feet, simple, straight in the bath and used. It has made bathing my frail mother so easy. Don't know how we managed without one of these. Very sturdy, stable and safe. Charging is easy and it will do half a dozen baths on one charge.

Worth the money. Sturdy, lifts considerable weight and is easy to use.
My wife and I are getting on and started to have trouble getting out of the bath, so I bought this. It's a great help, well-made and looks fine in the bathroom. It easily lifts me, and I'm 14 stone, my wife is a good deal heavier and it copes with her, too.

Helpful product for mobility-limited person.
So far, it works well and has been reliable. The quality appears good and well designed. It is difficult for a person with limited mobility to get to the centre of the seat from the side of the bath, but being slow and with patience it works. It is important to ensure the supplied sliders are correctly positioned to avoid damage as the chair is raised to the upper level.

Very disappointed
This is a lovely bath seat I only wish I had been told it would ot work with a centre taps on the bath. I told the seller that this was a problem and I could not get to the tap as the seat came over the top of the tap. I sent photos to show that it did not work. I ran some water to try and see if the plug would work with the seat over it and the answer was no. I then asked for my money back and was told they could not refund as I had made it wet!! This is a good seat if your taps are at the end of the bath, but if they are in the middle it does not work and they will not refund. I think this is so wrong if it will not do what you brought it for you should get a refund.

Bath Assist Chair
My husband had to persuade me to buy this bath chair, but I'm glad he did - it is an excellent aid to have, to help me get in and out of the bath/shower. Previously I had to wait until my husband came home before getting in the bath, and yell for help getting out because I no longer have the flexibility and strength needed to lift myself, which, even with his help, meant that baths became distressing, stressful and painful and meant they weren't enjoyable as I knew they would end in a struggle. Now, with the aid of a low kitchen stool and the bath chair, getting in and out is a dream, and I feel in control again, without having to bother my husband every time to come and do weight lifting, and I can bath or shower whenever I want, without fear. And for a shower the chair is perfect as I can sit down whenever I need to. There is also a safety feature so that if the battery to the chair runs out while you're in the bath it retains enough power to get you up and out before shutting down. The only thing I would say is you need to have a full-length bath to be able to stretch out properly. The people before us put in a slipper bath (due to the way they configured the bathroom) which means, because the chair leans back once you're fully in the bath, the chair takes up over 50% of the length of the bath, and I end up with my knees wrapped around my ears, out of the water - not literally, but you get the idea. A longer bath would definitely be easier.I would definitely not be without my bathchair from now on. It is comfortable, and gives me independence and peace of mind (even used with a slipper bath), and I no longer feel so vulnerable, so dependent or so much of a burden to my husband.
