I recently purchased this and this is a very good product and works as intended. I mainly bought Lithium Ion as this as this is environment friendly being 95% power efficient compared to the Lead acid ones. So we pay higher initially but if we end up using it for a long run this could save a lot of electricity bill in the long run. Also it's much easier to maintain and it feels safer than the Lead acid ones. There are so many holes around this inverter so there is no worry about the heating as well. There is no annoying beeping noise (which was mentioned in the reviews of other products). In ECO mode at the time of power cut, there is a 1 second power down and then up.. So make sure your devices can handle such power drops. I use it only for fans, lights and laptops so I have no issue for me.. Note that you cannot use combination of devices that consume more than 880 watts as the output. For example don't use heavy devices like fridge, washing machine, iron box, electric kettle, electric bike charger etc,. If you have a gaming desktop you may have to purchase a dedicated inverter just for power up the CPU and monitor and use it in UPS mode (and not eco mode). In this case you can only power the machine for only 2 hours as this inverter is 1280 WH..The installation person only plugs in the device if there is provision for inverter already. They simply call and ask us to do the inverter provisions first. I took help from a local Electrician to buy the wires and switch boxes and install the input and output plug points for the inverter which costed appx. 1000 rupees. We can't unbox without the installation person for warranty void reasons.

Small and Compact - ergonomic design.However the product being sold by the seller is defective and doesn’t work at all. Visited by Luminous Service personnel- have been informed that it’s a faulty item.

Was very skeptical when I bought it, but turned out fine. I bought it because it has Li ion batteries so theoretically should be efficient to charge. And the load capacity was close to what I need for most of my house ( except for heavy loads like AC, ovens and water heaters). One more factor to consider was that I didn't have any open spaces to keep the lead acid batteries.Had to get an electrician to get the additional wiring done. Inspite of it being so expensive lacks a bypass switch so had to get that installed. As it's very heavy and all my lofts already being stuffed had to install an AC brackets as it's close to the weight of the external unit of split AC. The installation simply consists of the technician turning on the battery and giving a quick demo.When it was first connected the soc was close to 60% so I let it charge for a couple of hours before it was fully charged,But to be sure after a good 2 days I disconnected the mains to test it's capacity I was running a fridge and 4 fans and 4 LED lamps and showed it could run for 3.5 hours.I let it discharge untill it had about 30 minutes of charge left then I switched on the input.It has 2 fans for ventilation which get pretty noisy (if you are close to it). As mine is close to the roof I could barely notice the noise. It has 2 modes eco mode and UPS mode. In eco mode the power resumes after a delay, but in UPS mode my router stays on when power is disconnected.Over all good product but on the expensive side. Will know more about the backup and charging speeds only when I face real power cuts in the monsoon🤞Only thing I wish it had was a Solar Panel input so that I could charge via Solar. The IOT features are missing but I feel it's a gimmick any way so i don't miss it anyways.

Going strong for last 3 years. Great product for whole house and severe fluctuations. Zero maintenance. Get a good electrician to install it as it need to connect to the main line of the house (near MCB board). Needs change of fuse once in a while. But I started using ceramic fuses which have lasted really long.

The media could not be loaded. This inverter is dead on arrival. Not switching on. Will update after luminous technicians visit to check what's wrong with it.Update 1:Technicians visited and found out lithium ion battery defective. Replacement received after 10 days and Replacement also had same problem of Lithium ion battery defective.Update 2: Defective inverter reason was found out by company to be defective LiOn battery cells in one batch. Finally received an inverter which works perfectly. Rating updated.

Battery hardly worked for 2 months. It is Lithium ion hence I got it, it stopped working we have no clue why! Customer service dosensmt care and Technicians denied service. Promising product Worst Customer Experience. Hope Luminuos takes serious steps for after sales service!

The inverter is good. Installation was very easy just plug n play type (inverter wiring was already done at home). Backup is good. I has fast charging so it get full around 4 to 4.5 hrs. The display is informative, shows current load and time remaining also time left to charge full.

Small size, elegant looking with excellent performance. I am using it for the last 2 years and have found no problem in its performance at all.Caution: Do not use it for heavy load electric items like Iron, Drilling machine, AC, Fridge, Washing machine etc.Note: When I purchased it 2 years ago, the price was too high around 55K, but now it is good to see that the price has come down a lot.
