Love this cinnamon I've been buying it for over a year now

It's flavor is a bit different than the cinnamon that I'm used to . But I still enjoy the flavor and the extra boost a health benefits this provides

This is a wonderful product. I used half of what I usually used and it tasted and smelled heavenly. I will be a regular customer from now out. The last time I ordered Ceylon Cinnamon it had no taste and no smell and since it was my first time buying it I thought maybe that is just how it was. So glad I was wrong and found this.

I gave it a 4 stars because when I added it to my hot ☕beverages and teas, it make it very trashy and I would ended up have to strained it with a strainer. Besides from that, I love the real taste of cinnamon, it's excellent.

I have tried other ground ceylon cinnamon and just keep coming back to this one. It is the most finely ground I can find with good taste. Others I have tried tasted terrible and were extremely gritty with lots of “sticks and pieces”. Love this one!

CAUTION!! When buying sticks of cinnamon, it is EASY to tell Ceylon from the rest. However, when it is ground, it opens the door for profiteers to take advantage. If you have a good eye AND nose, you will know. Not everyone is blessed with such attributes, which leaves room for such activities. I received cinnamon which was NOT Ceylon on my very first order from this company. My gut told me they couldn't POSSIBLY sell GROUND Ceylon for less than the sticks of the same weight. It turns out I was correct, they can't! The company DID refund my money, but they WOULD NOT replace the ground, (more expensive because of the extra cost of processing) with the sticks, which in my mind further validated my feelings. I worked for Amazon in the past and hold a special place in my heart for them. I have been wrestling with this issue for a while now. I feel it's my duty as a good person and one that loves Amazon.com to speak my mind on this and protect fellow consumers such as myself. I believe you should get what you think you are buying. Some people PREFER the sharper bite and stronger odor of what we in America have come to CALL cinnamon. That's okay, people sometimes like what they've become accustomed to. I really like the milder aroma and almost sweet taste of the Ceylon that I purchased from Indus. After this experience with this company though I will not buy ground Cinnamon from ANYONE though and would advise anyone I know to follow suit.

I've purchased ceylon cinnamon before and it was way better. This one is more grainy and doesn't dissolve. I use it, but not extremely happy with it.
