Wow! Finally a cold feet supplement that works.
I've had cold feet most of my adult life but the condition has gotten worse over time. It got to the point that my skin temps (taken with a laser heat thermometer) on my feet and lower legs were dropping into the low 70's compared to mid to high 90's on the rest of my body.I tried thick socks, compression socks, heating pads, creams and gels, etc, but nothing would help. The only thing that made a difference was soaking my feet and lower legs in hot water, which was annoying and a pain to deal with.I gave these a shot as a last resort now that the weather is getting colder. At first I forgot that I had started taking them, but then I realized my feet were no longer getting cold in the evenings. So I started paying closer attention and realized my feet were actually feeling warm and normal each night. No more putting on thick socks, etc. I have not started taking them twice a day but may try it.Regardless, these things really work. If you struggle with cold feet definitely give it a try.

Hard to review these. Personal choice and all. I’ve personally have no I’ll effects from this brand of vitamins. I will continue to use this brand.
