Thank you for the clean water.
I purchased this water filter shortly after my son was born and must say it made a significant difference in our households health. We spend less on this system than on bottled water. This machine paid for itself in less than a year if you include the amount of time and effort I have saved, since I no longer need to haul water into my kitchen (2 trips a week.) Installation was easy for someone with basic to intermediate plumbing knowledge. Water quality and taste is fantastic. Very impressed with the overall design, function, and quality of this machine and the water it produces. I haven't tested any of my water. But I can taste a definite difference. Above all, I'm extremely grateful for the excellent service provided by iSpring. John helped me with a small issue with my machine. Highly recommend.

Healthy, alkaline, and refreshing water from an innovative and compact RO System
We bought an iSpring RO500AK earlier this month and are very happy with it. We had a tank, 5-stage RO system with remineralization from another brand in our previous house for about 15 years, and it worked OK. But because of its large footprint, we had to have a plumber install it in our basement below the kitchen—not a cheap project. It also required a pump to get a decent flow of water at the faucet since the tank’s pressure was not enough to fight the pull from gravity. When we moved to a new house last month, we started looking for a new RO system that remineralizes the water. This was a key consideration since RO water is usually acidic, and we need those minerals for our health. After learning about the iSpring RO500AK and comparing it to two competing models from other brands, we decided to buy one. Our main reasons were the convenience of a tankless system; the high quality of iSpring’s RO systems (backed up by their outstanding warranty); and the company’s excellent customer service and lifetime technical support--thanks in great part to Sean’s invaluable assistance during our search and after buying the system. In addition, the RO500AK’s unique features made our decision easy, in particular: its water remineralization capability; its excellent, 2-to-1 pure water to waste water ratio; its fast water flow rate of about 0.4 gallon per minute; the LEDs that remind you it’s time to change filters; and the ease of changing any of its 3 filters—a complete breeze compared to our previous tank system’s 5 filters.Installing the RO500AK under our kitchen sink was much easier than we expected, and we did it ourselves! iSpring’s installation video was outstanding great in this regard. The taste of the RO500AK's remineralized water is very natural, refreshing, and much better than the water from our previous RO system. In sum, we’re very pleased with the RO500AK and highly recommend it.

Awesome compact reverse osmosis system
This iSpring RO600 is excellent!I purchased this iSpring to replace a 5-stage RO system with a tank (a different popular brand), as I had bought replacement membranes for that system, but they produced a weird and horrible taste. When I contacted that former RO's customer service, they were difficult to get a hold of, then rude on the phone when I finally got through, then asked to send in pictures of the faulty system and filters via email. They ended up not helping us and were rude in the non-ownership of the problem their replacement filters had created. That lead me to research a lot of systems here on Amazon and decided to purchase this iSpring system because of all the wonderful features. The RO600 takes up less than half of the valuable under-sink space that the former 5-stage did; it is sleek-looking; and the water waste for purification is less than half of that of the 5- stage, which translates into more money in my pocket at the end of the month. I will never go back to a tank! The RO600 is very quiet and the water the iSpring puts out is clean, clear, refreshing, and tasteless. The RO600 puts out water much more quickly than my old system. Also, there is no guessing if everything is okay with the iSpring, or if a filter needs to be replaced, because of the 3 LED lights on it.It is also an easy process to change the 2 membranes, unlike traditional RO systems. So you don't end up with water all over the floor and old filters in your sink draining for hours after changing the 5 different membranes. The iSpring is plug-and-play and you don't need a special wrench for the task! The filters are very affordable when replacement time rolls around, especially since one of the two membranes only needs to be replaced every 2 years, and the second one, once a year. This saves a lot of money compared to 5 + membranes replaced each year with other systems. It comes out to less than $1.50 per week for a 600 gpd RO system. If you have any questions regarding the system, the customer service is outstanding. There's someone who can answer your questions that's based here in the U.S., and you feel like a valued customer. This is a night-and-day difference from my other experience, and I will be an iSpring customer for life! Finally, there were some reviews stating that it couldn't be hooked up to a fridge. Ours is spliced out to our 2012 Maytag and it works just fine. It has a tiny delay the first 1/4 second of operation, but runs smoothly after that. (I believe it's just the length of the connecting line, combined with gravity.) This does not bother me and I really wouldn't think anything of it, other than trying to be 100% honest in a review.I'm glad I chose the iSpring RO600 for my home. It was a great financial and healthy investment for clean drinking water for my family of four and a total upgrade from my old 5-stage RO system with a tank.
