Before you think that I’m reviewing the wrong product, let me explain. Something I didn’t realize when I purchased this was that all the small characters could be dismantled to build one large character. I bought two of these sets. One was to hand out individually packaged creatures as gifts to nieces and nephews for Christmas. The other box I gave entirely to one of my children. This works great for both! The kids who got their creatures love their dolphins and whales and crabs, and my son was thrilled when he found out he gets to build 12 animals, take them all apart, and build one big lobster! This was built by my seven-year-old son who is very skilled Lego builder. This was easy for him to follow the directions. This is a great gift for any kid old enough to build Lego all the way up to adults. The look of the individual creatures is very fun. I have seen some offbrand brick builds where the creatures have weird edges and corners and just aren’t very good design. We were not disappointed with these! A great build and a great price!

I bought these for fun little things to put around a retail scuba shop and to use for picture props. They were fun to put together and I’m no Lego expert. Colors are bright, most pieces snap together easily and stay together pretty well. Each piece had all its pieces and always had a couple extra pieces (which took me for a loop the first time wondering what I did wrong).They all sit up easily except for the squid. The squid legs don’t stay but superglue could help with that if that matters. Many of the animals are labeled incorrectly but that didn’t bother me. Don’t think anyone is using this as an animal ID book.If I grew up at a time there were party favors for birthday parties I would’ve died for these! Cute gifts and good value for the money. Each comes in its own little box.

These are really cute. Perfect for kids parties just keep in mind these are really small so no suitable for children under 3.

We loved the variety of ocean animals in this set! My 8 year grandson immediately took to building his favorites out of the set. The fact that they were individually wrapped made it feel extra special and it was perfect for my grandson to open and build one at a time. The animals are colorful, cute and a great size for displaying once built.That said, my grandson did mention that the instructions weren’t very clear for some of the creatures and he needed occasional help to figure out a few steps. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did slow him down at times.Overall, it’s a fun and creative set that encourages patience and problem solving. It would make a great gift or party favor, especially for kids who love building and ocean animals!

We liked these a lot! We used these as birthday party favors. I felt like the price was good and the kids loved them! My son kept a few of the remaining boxes. Each box has the instructions on the back of the box. Colors are bright and fun and the pieces were good quality considering wasn’t Lego brand. I would buy this again!

It’s 3 stars bc, while most of them clip together fine, they all should, and this sail fish is crap. It has 3 pieces that need to be either glued, taped, or in our case taped and stuck in place w clay. I would have paid the same amount for 11 that worked instead of 12 and given 4 stars.Also, the directions are hard to read (even for non-Lego brand). The directions were printed on the side of the box instead of a larger print out inside.Though I will say my Lego master 5 year old had no problem building the shark. He just needed help pressing them in (which he doesn’t need for Lego).Basically would be 4 stars except for the sailfish. But when you’re giving them for goodie bags, every toy matters.

Every year for our son’s February birthday we have a hotel pool party. This is fun for all! He loves Lego so he wanted a Lego pool party, and these were the perfect party favors to compliment a Lego pool party theme 🤣♥️I was worried the blocks would seem sub par, but they are the same as the bricks you’re familiar with. (If you catch my drift). It was fun and easy to put together! My 6 year old had a few left over and has spent 30 minutes building away! Thanks!!!!
