These seem a little old, there is a white film or the powder is going white, around the inner corners of the capsules and they are not as potent as they should be. I am noticing some difference to my energy levels and focus, but would expect more of an effect based on my with this herb.

Bought this after researching for my wife who suffer from a little anxiety. She didn’t want to use a medics/chemical helper so wanted to try something herbal.Rhodiola has really helped her, she feels the build up in a stressful situation and it’s soon dissipated before it peaks. She puts this down to this product and knows when she forgets to take it.Research on Rhodiola explains how it works for anxiety amongst other things such as brain function. Even this I started taking it as I can be forgetful due to work demands and very busy children. I can certify that this works I feel more alert, I remember things and I am not as drained at the end of the day.This product is great value and a high dosage which we feel at one a day works for us. No funny aftertaste and not big to swallow.Certainly buy again.
