Build:Very well built. There is no flex in the chassis compared to other brands. Finish is very good as well. No edges or scratches seen anywhere. The door hinge is well built as well. Opens and shuts perfectly. The quality of trays is superb. No flex even on the wire rack. The trays are perfectly sized and don't slip off the sides either.Use:Dials click into place on each setting. They don't feel cheap and misaligned. There are two thermostat controls. The thermostats are perfect. They switch off and return back on quickly. My older Bajaj took forever to switch back on once they switched off.Cooking:Superb. Cooks chicken in 40 to 60 min easy.Chicken retained a lot of flavour and didn't dry out either. This was my biggest requirement. I wwanted an otg that cooked chicken as most of the other brands don't cook it even after two hours.I researched a lot and found that you need a 2000W oven that can hit 250 c to cook chicken. Both parameters are achieved by this oven.Overall a superb buy. I researched many brands and narrowed it down to borosil, wonderchef and this. Emailed them before the purchase and they responded too. Borosil doesn't hit 250. Wonderchef panels flex like cheap thin steel. Bajaj I've used many times and it refuses to cook chicken. This is a local brand that has sourced a well built oven. By blindly. I only hope it is reliable. Plus it has six rods. Three up and three down. This gives better heat distribution. Superb American Micronics!Update: after using it for a few months it still works perfectly. The only downside is there is discolouration of the interior steel chassis and inside of the door.

I spent more than a month to understand what oven I wanted to upgrade to and finally I can say that my search is over. Not only is this oven surprisingly inexpensive (which made me very suspicious) but also the best product compared to other popular brands in the market. I've owned a number of ovens mostly morphy Richards which I was very unhappy with as it couldn't bake jack s%+&.Some of the features this oven has that others don't: 1) individual temp controls for top and bottom heating elements, 2) double walled glass door that does not allow heat to escape when closed, 3) three heating elements on top and 3 on the bottom to ensure quick and even heating and 4) Really good build quality.Things you need to watch out for:1) The power cord is shorter than most and you will havr to use an extension box.2) you will have to carefully inspect your oven after delivery to ensure they haven't shipped a defective unit to you. This happened to me where I got a defective unit with a very obvious defect and I had to have it replaced.3) you will need an oven thermometer as the temp settings may not be accurate. But then again so is even the best brand of OTG available.Note that this model is the only one double sided door, 6 heating elements and great build... All other models are badMine is just a couple of days old, so I cannot comment on the durability yet. The only thing I worry about is the life of the heating elements, but since there's 2 year's warranty, maybe it's not that bad.In closing... It was definitely a gamble I took buying this new brand that I've never heard of and it paid off. The cakes & breads come out perfectly evenly baked.

Before I write a review being chef by hobby let me explain that these ovens can generally be devided in two catagoies, In first category are those totally heat insulated and reach up to temperature of 300 deg C or beyond Generally theses cost RS 30000/- upwords. Second category are those with limited heat insulation and normally are restricted to 250 deg C and.price range is below RS 12000. While first category is essentially good for hard meat cooking/ bar-be-q etc second category is good enough for most Indian / continental cooking /grilling and baking. This oven obviously falls in this category and probably the best available in India.Its double glass door, high finish, good looks, efficient controls specially the uqique feature of separate thermostats contols for top and bottom heaters make it an excellent product. I did a great deal of survey before buying and now without hesitation I can say I made the best choice.Another very positive aspect is their customer care. I apporached them with few quarries before and after buying and the response was very prompt and professional, very impressive indeed.all in all you can't get any thing better than this for the price. A real value for money. I am electronic/ Aviation engineer and an Air Force officer by profession who loves cooking gourmet meals.

Good product, very easy to use, at this price it is a best product... In my first use I love it... I am suggesting this item to all my friends who need an OTG...

The product have been delivered without bottom steel grill. I tried to return but couldn't do in time. Please do help me either by sending missing item or replacement.
