This peppermint essential oil is strong and effective. I add 3 drops of the oil to a herbal mixture in a spray bottle which I use as my daily hair tonic. It stimulates my scalp and smells great! I highly recommend this product.

Update 25/03/23Omg this is taking foreeeveeeerrr! Growth is slow but it seems to be working.Honestly tho, never will I have acrylic nails again!Update 22/01/23Look at the difference!I can’t wait for this to be over. But progress. I’m buying my second bottle today :) (the photo of my thumb on jeans is today pic)Update- Dec 2022So it’s been a while. I have started taking supplements to assist growth (and some probiotics) and progress is good, albeit slow.I also read that vapour rub can help so i’m applying tea tree oil twice a day (removing nail polish) and then rubbing vapour tub on it teice a day- so itms being attacked every 6 hrs 😆 i am ON IT! It looks like it’s growing out. I cannot wait for the crumbling to stop and have a full set of home gels (neverrrr using a nail bar again).Ok, so after having my acrylic nails remove and then ignoring the signs and whacking on gel polish I was left with the first picture.I was mortified!So bought this tea tree oil (actual proper stuff) and religiously used it neat on my nail for a week, morning and night (really smells legit) then I read I should file it, so have done. I feel like ‘something’ is happening and that it can potentially grow out.So to help myself even further, as of yesterday, I have bathed my thumb in apple cider vinegar (with mother from aldi- bargain) once a day.I think i’m also going to make a coconut oil hand cream.to use in between!Fungus will not stand a chance 😆I am on it. I feel like to get rid of this you have to be persistent and consistent. I’ll update in another 10 days.

Purchased to but on door strip to put off spiders and woodlice from coming in under the door, but the smell is very potent which yes is the point but it's a typical old person smell so reluctant to use it again as not a pleasant smell
