Better printer resin than original green
This colour seems to print better than the green which comes with the printer. Had the usual errors in the beginning so here are some tips:Use the Flint Reed method for zeroing the printer.Use thin support rafts near edge of an object. This makes life easier removing them. Thicker rafts are OK when not touching print object.Always shake the resin before pouring. Guessing I had a couple of failed prints for not doing this one.Large flat areas that are not actually on the print bed will suffer pooling and distortion. This can be avoided by printing object at an angle or by putting a lot of supports on the flat area so it doesn't sag and distort the print as much. The scraper that comes with the printer is very soft and will get damaged trying to get these items off the print bed. Using an extended raft that is very thin will offer better grip during printing but also offer a weak point where you can get the scraper without damaging it as much. I currently keep that scraper for cleaning the tank and a raft of green which was a piece derived from a failed print was also a perfect scraper for lifting parts off the print bed.Pricing is a bit steep for resin so I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Success rate using green was about 1 in 3 but with this black, I have had 5 out of 5 success so far today so really happy after having the printer now for only a weekSettings I used were:Layer thickness 0.050Normal Exposure 8Off Time 1Bottom Exposure Time 90Bottom layers 3Z Lift 6Z Lift Speed 3Z Retract Speed 3Anti Alias 1Not much change from standard. I could have increased anti alias but kept it at 1 as detail level is still excellent.Overall really happy with this colour. It isn't 100% opaque but objects come out looking really nice. I will certainly buy this one again although I will shop around for better prices. I got the printer direct from Anycube for way cheaper than Amazon and many other items have been price hiked up to 200% due to the lockdown.

In my opinion, the best resin, and the best value for money
This review is for the Black resin in 1000ml volume.Firstly, the date on the bottle is the manufacturing date, NOT a use by date, some people reviewing this think it is a use by or expiry date, which is not true.I have used this resin, in other colours as well as the black, and it prints great, is stronger than some and I suffer less failures with Anycubic resin compared with other brands I have tried.Solids are important in resins, and this resin is high solids, some others out there are less solids, more solvents... Solvents evaporate and solvents do not make solid objects, solids do. So this resin in great value for money because you will print more items from the same volume of resin than some resins on the market.Like all resins, you need to set your machine up properly, this includes leveling/tramming as well as exposures, if you do not understand this, watch some youtube videos which will explain it.Also like all resins, you need to use different settings for different brands and even different colours by the same brand (remember, resins cure with light exposure, and different colours absorb different amounts of light - simple)Anyway, this product is great, I have tried just about every other brand out there, and this one is reliable, repeatable, and good value for money.Happy printing!

Very good resin
I used the grey and mostly the clear resin (about 40+ liters) with different printers like elegoo M2P, Saturn & Epax E10 (2.5sec) and the print quality is good. All the failed prints were my fault when the support failed or old fep, cold environment (an air heater can make miracle really) This is my go to resin because it is the cheapest (unfortunately not here on A.) and mixing well with siraya blu clear v2 if I need a stronger piece. The color is definitely yellow (more uv/sun = more yellow) but I don't care the color.

The best value for money!
There is no other budget resin like Anycubic black. It's not as thick as some other brands so even in lower room temperature it prints perfectly fine.Incredible details, easy to clean (I'm using also Anycubic wash and cure machine) and polish and you can use really thin support - it will still hold perfectly. Removing support under hot water is just effortless. It holds citadel primer spray perfectly so also easy to paint.I just wish they would be available in 5L bottles :-DI'm using it for my etsy models and all customers are always amazed by the quality. For Mars I'm using 11s exposure with 8x80s bottom.

different black resin quality in different bottles ?
Hello Everyone,As much as I love Anycubic photon it's capability to beat high end sla printers in quality, I hate it as well, just for one black color resin in brown plastic bottle. I have attached plenty photos here and I believe they are self explanatory.I have 15+ years experience in 3D modelling, designing, animation and so on.... and 5 years experience in 3D printing, but unfortunately I don't have enough knowledge or experience in chemical properties of resin liquid. I can only tell that random bottle selling is wrong! Why? because the resin is not the same and it's obvious.Black resin in black bottle is more thinner, surface color has greenish shade over the black color and it has mate finish, no smell, quality of prints is superb!Black resin in brown bottle is much thicker, surface is more glossy and has like 100% black color and quite smelly when printing. My question is, how can you say: ''random bottle'' ? and how can you give one specifications of resin as it's different?I have printed 2800+ tokens for table top games, 116 unique designs used, and they are just perfect when using black resin in black bottle, but I also wasted 3 bottles of the other resin, which makes 150+ hours of printing 70+ hours of cleaning, washing, curing .... and £135+ already lost. Now I ordered 3 bottles again, and ironically I got another black resin in brown bottles? what do I do with it?I am sad to do such a review, as I am happy and unhappy about this resin issue, same as you sell it 50% random, ell last case 3 same bottles wasn't 50%, it was more like 100%.I have tried all possible printing settings, starting with 4 sec normal layer exposure and finishing with 12 seconds for 0.02 layer thickness. Nothing works. I hope you can prove me wrong, and that it's me doing something wrong, then I can give only 5 stars for this product!
