41yr old male ex athlete and my left knee has always just been sore in the joints. I think from doing triple jump in track and field many years ago. Anyways these gummies are the only thing that work besides getting a steroid shot in my joints. Gummies taste great and I feel great in my knee. I bought these because I've been having stomach issues taking pills, but I still wanted the benefits of the glucosamine supplement.These have a different texture than a gummy bear. A little softer, but slightly crystalized. Nice intense flavor. Makes me look forward to taking them.
